The Medianet xpert.Ranking is an indispensable part of agency awards and often helps decision-makers in selecting suitable partners. Therefore, we are all the more pleased that we were able to climb 8 places in this year's ranking, and in terms of customer satisfaction, we even made it into the TOP 5 of around 100 agencies. We can therefore proudly count ourselves among Austria's best agencies 2020.
But how exactly is the agency ranking compiled? In the first step, the agency's strategy, concept, and orientation were evaluated by a high-calibre expert jury at the Grand Hotel during a 10-minute live presentation, as well as 3 other so-called baskets. The evaluation then results from a combination of the baskets and the elevator pitch.
Basket 1 focuses on facts about the company and answers questions such as market presence, awards, revenues, memberships, providing a fact-based overview of the agencies. Basket 2 assesses innovation and strategic direction. Basket 3 directly surveys clients via an online questionnaire, focusing on the specific collaboration and satisfaction within it. A total score is calculated from these 3 baskets in combination, which then forms the effective ranking.
